What do I Need To Bring
- ALL DRIVERS MUST CARRY A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE WHILE ON THE TRAILS. The Forest Service patrols the trails just like the highways.
What Age Restrictions Are There?
To drive the ATV or Snowmobiles you must be 21 years old, or 25 years old with passengers who are minors. Children must be able to sit in their chairs and wear a standard automotive seatbelt or harness, typically around 45″ tall.
Choosing Between Guided and Self Guided Adventures
Join our guided tours and you’ll drive your own machine, led by one of our professional guides. Their expertise ensures efficient navigation to every point of interest and personalized attention to your group’s needs.
Do you prefer a more independent adventure? Opt for our self-guided options. Perfect for those familiar with the area or experienced in powersports activities, these tours offer flexibility and freedom.
Whichever you choose, guided or self-guided, both promise an exhilarating experience that’s sure to surpass your expectations!
When and Where do we Meet
You will need to arrive 60 minutes prior to your Tour departure time.
You will meet us and depart from our trailhead locations depending on the Adventure you choose. A detailed map and directions will be included in your booking confirmation.
Reservations and Cancellations
Tours are conducted regardless of weather conditions, except in extreme circumstances. If Octane Adventures has to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Do not be late for your reservation or your booking may be forfeited.
- You can make any changes or cancellations up to 72 hours before your tour date and you will receive a full refund minus a non-refundable 10% fee.
- If you make any changes or cancellations within 72 hours, you can reschedule, take an in-store credit or 50% of the trip payment will be forfeited.
- We do not offer refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your tour.
NO-SHOWS:
- No refunds are given for No-Shows. Cancellations after 5pm the day prior to the tour or cancellations the day of the tour are considered a No-Show.
Credit Card Damage Deposits
For all ATV rentals, we require a damage deposit equal to the deductible amount selected with your insurance option—either the standard $3,000 deductible or the reduced $1,500 deductible with our upgrade
For Snowmobile Tours we do not collect a damage deposit.
